Currently, I am working at Capintel, a successful Fintech startup, dedicated to building investment solutions. I work on engineering and devloping data ingestion, improving data quality, notification systems and managing search engine. I have developed ensemble outlier detection system to potentially identify bad financial instrument data in our system. Currently i am working on ETL for large parqute files data with aws serverless architecture.

I was instrumental in driving software development life cycle from product research and software design to production, testing, and implementation. I consistently completed all assigned tasks on time and as per requirements. I actively engaged with software development/project manager as well as other team members and built professional relationships. An important requirement of my job was to gather, analyze, and document key requirements to support development process. I successfully produced application and architecture components in line with set standards. I headed unit, functional, performance, and installation testing for proper software working/processing. In 2016, I decided to attend University of Regina and enhance my knowledge about computer science. Here, I learned about computing, information technology, and software design and application. I passed all my courses, such as data analysis, mining techniques, artificial intelligence, machine learning, information visualization, relational database design, and mobile computing. A few key achievements in this tenure include: • Completed project associated with reinforcement learning in trust model, including simulation of multi-agent system, implementation of trust model using Q-learning, computation of direct/transitive trust among agents, and evaluating model based on cost and error in trust computation.• Spearheaded segmentation based on a household data project, including data set management, clustering based on k-means and density, and cluster/segment assessment for marketing strategies development.

I joined Conexus Credit Union in 2018 as Data Analyst, and I supported decision-making process by delivering interactive data visualizations to management and staff members. I liaised with key stakeholders and discussed storyboards, dashboard design, and data visualizations to support user tasks and improve experience. I ensured seamless workflow by building meaningful and trustful relationships with team members. A few key achievements in this tenure include: • Created dashboards for effective visualization of KPIs using Azure, Power BI, and D3JS.• Drove sentimental analysis of deposit-growth campaign call.• Built predicting model of potential deposit growth after a campaign call and helped marketing teams to better select customers for second call.
