As a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology, my journey led me through significant roles at WARD MANUFACTURING LLC and NXSTAGE MEDICAL. Within these positions, I honed my core competencies in project management, manufacturing, and research & development, seamlessly integrating academic learnings with practical applications. My approach has always been hands-on, whether implementing new equipment/products or engaging in R&D or testing procedures for medical devices.The team at NXSTAGE MEDICAL benefited from my ability to adapt and contribute to project goals, particularly through my CAD modeling skills and product performance evaluations. At WARD MANUFACTURING, we advanced production processes by troubleshooting equipment issues, programming machinery, managing projects, and enhancing safety procedures. My motivation lies in aligning with an organization's culture that values innovative solutions and diverse perspectives, where I can continue to merge theoretical knowledge with impactful engineering practices.I am currently working for Schmalz USA in Raleigh NC where I will continue to develop my skills and career, particularly in the application of vacuum and automation technology.
