Worked in a collaborative research environment to design and implement novel research paradigms and analyze data to better understand human memory, and the neural basis of memory•Programming of experiments with E-Prime software, and experience with Presentation, SuperLab, and the Psychophysics toolbox •Utilized human EEG brain recording to investigate human recognition memory, involving design of novel research paradigms to disambiguate two competing theories of memory confidence, analysis of large time series data in Matlab and SPSS, resulting in a conference presentation and a peer-reviewed publication•Utilized functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) to study the human brain regions involved in memory confidence, involving developing new memory tasks, fMRI image analysis with SPM toolbox for Matlab, resulting in two manuscripts under peer review•Programming of analysis in Matlab to analyze large data sets, and the use of advanced statistical techniques to conceptualize data including linear regression and analysis of variance (ANOVA)
