Conduct formal usability evaluations in the field and in laboratory settings, and write reports documenting findings. Consulted with FAA to improve noise and lighting conditions on the Command Center Operations Floor. For the TSA, conducted formal human-in-the-loop usability assessments of a graphical user interface for checked-baggage Explosives Detection Systems. Defined the test methodology, supervised the running of the study, interviewed users, and reported results.
