Having worked as an Acquisitions Manager in the Higher Education sector for the last 5 years, I successfully grew and managed a large team of staff. I was instrumental in the design of effective business processes and supporting systems by working with teams to highlight ‘pain points’ in existing processes and identify ways of streamlining workflows.I have a particular passion for supply chain management, and having worked in an environment which achieved and maintained customer service excellence accreditation, have an appreciation of the importance of customer/supplier relationships.I am the events organiser on a national committee and have spoken at national events and presented papers on workflow analysis and change management.In October 2014 I joined All My Systems, an information systems consultancy which will optimise your systems and processes to help grow your business.
