In my role as Event Coordinator for Victoria I am responsible for end-to-end management of Victorian events featuring high profile government and corporate figures including; The Premier of Victoria, The Federal Leader of the Opposition, The Victorian Treasurer, Victorian Minister for Health, U.S. dignatries and politicians and CEO’s of ANZ Bank, Australia Post, BHP and Tennis Australia.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and develop event concepts that align with the organisation’s vision.Manage end-to-end event planning, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor management, and logistical coordination.Create and execute event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.Coordinate event marketing and promotion activities to maximise event attendance and engagement.Oversee registration processes, attendee communication, and provide exceptional customer service.Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and partners to ensure their requirements are met and their participation is seamless.Manage external stakeholders including venues, suppliers, sponsors, members & event delegates.
