As a recruiter I was responsible for assisting new employees with new hire paperwork, training and company policies. I utilized different online platforms and resources to recruit new agents into our company. As an assistant I created monthly Newsletters, booked travel for the heads of the department, controlled new hire data entry and testing schedules as well as planned annual company parties and meetings. I also assisted with any personal errands the executive’s had.

I was responsible for the hiring, the payroll and the employee schedules at Gypsy Diner And Cafe. I trained new hires on our policies and procedures. I also assisted with the ordering of food and coffee supplies and managed the inventory. I made it my top priority to maintain quality control throughout the business, striving for customer satisfaction and repeat business.
