While working at obligato our main priority is exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, assessing their needs, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. During my shit I work hard to build and maintain lasting customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business for the store. Assist in visual merchandising by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring a clean, visually appealing store environment. Effectively operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, managing transactions, processing returns, and maintaining accurate records to meet daily sales targets.

In my role, I manage front desk operations, including checking in clients, handling calls, and assisting customers to ensure their needs are met. I also maintain the studio's cleanliness, facilitate membership sales, and oversee studio activities to ensure smooth operations during classes. During the shift I am operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, managing transactions, and maintaining the needs of our customer through updates in our system.

This is a faith based company that has transitioned from MM Designs to now Overflow. I worked for both companies. This internship challenged me in multiple ways and has truly shaped my character, which is such an honor. We incorporated a prayerful and reflective approach in decision-making processes and we ultimately allowed God to show us where to move when planning LIFE Gatherings. On a weekly basis I met with Maia Huff and the internship team to discuss progress, address challenges, and strategize on upcoming initiatives.
