Current★ Assists risk control and claims service staff with information tracking and member services for each captive.• Maintain historical risk control benchmarks and client report cards.• Maintain Risk Control related member portal items. • Provide Customer Support - Interacting with service partners, members, and other internal and external contacts. • Assist with monthly webinars. • Collect data from members and service partners. • Prepare for Risk Control workshops and meetings.
