· Question callers to determine their locations, and the nature of their problems to determine type of response needed· Determine response requirements and relative priorities of situations, and dispatch units in accordance with established procedures· Relay information and messages to and from emergency sites, to law enforcement agencies, and to all other individuals or groups requiring notifications

· Interact with customers, gave them product presentations and persuade them to make purchases· Strategize to meet assigned sales targets in the given period of time· Complete all the assigned tasks by the retail sales manager· Maintain proper display of goods in the store and ensure that they comply with the quality standards

· Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail· Prepare outgoing mail for distribution· Fax, scan, and copy documents· Maintain office filings and storage systems· Monitor and maintain office supplies· Kept office area clean and tidy

· Provide prompt, courteous customer service· Rang up all sales on cash register, properly and accurately handling money, checks and other types of payment received for products sold· Perform housecleaning duties necessary to maintain store cleanliness and basic upkeep and/or cleaning of all equipment in the store· Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits
