Job Responsibility:-Assist in preparing balloting schemes and formulating the basis of allocation.-Assist in the preparation for the conduct of shareholders’ meeting of a Public Listed Company-Assist in routine share registration work in respect of option rights of Employee Share Option Scheme.-Participate in corporate exercise which involves processing share application by the shareholders or general public.-Dealing with claims of non-receipt of share / unit / warrant certificates and refund cheques.
