Participated and led major multidisciplinary design teams through the various stages of private and public projects; planning, feasibility studies, design and construction.Served as the Project Manager of several major highway transportation projects and master planned commercial/residential development community projects; interacting with clients, managing the design team, coordinating the preparation of design documents and processing construction documents and construction permits with all agencies involved, budgeting, scheduling work flow, leading the preparation of project reports and coordinating utilities and project related issues with all parties involved. As Project Manager, managed multi-million dollar projects, organized workload, planned project schedule and tracked budgets, interacting with design team members, motivating employees, promoting success and focusing on quality control, safety, client satisfaction and profitability. As a Project Engineer, possess a wide range of civil/transportation engineering experience developing highway, arterial roadway and local/residential street geometry, signing and striping plans, utility relocations, and flood control related reports and design of roadway drainage systems, grading, plan review, utility design and relocation (water and sewer), cost estimates, budgeting.Successfully completed several engineering assignments in the United States, South-America, the Caribbean, Mexico and the Middle East.
