As Senior Vice President of the Retail Independent, ParMed, Inside Sales & First Vet Services, I am responsible for leading the sales team, developing priorities & strategies to grow market share, retain our customers, and improve the customer experience while ensuring our goals are aligned to those of the Pharma Segment. I support 4 Vice Presidents as they develop strategies to win in their regions and ensure we are driving a high performance, inclusive, winning culture. My team provides leadership to a team of dedicated pharmacy sales experts who deliver customizable solutions that empower Retail Pharmacists to navigate an ever-changing marketplace and support them as they grow their businesses.

As National Vice President of Specialty Products I lead the U.S Commercial sales team selling both Cardinal Health brand capital and consumable medical products across the acute care marketplace. Team consists of 11 Regional directors, 72 Specialty Reps, 1 Clinical Nurse, 3 Sales Associates and 8 Sustainable Technology Consultants. Also have responsibility over our Nursing Care Sales team that consists of a National Director, 55 reps, sales associates and a clinical nurse.

East Region

Responsible for leading the East Independent Sales team, ensuring goals are properly aligned to the Organizations and expectations are set. Support Director of Sales team as they lead their teams in the areas of cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Focus areas area driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts. Work with all internal departments to increase efficiency in the way we service our customer base.

Director of sales for the Independent Sales Force covering all retail and alternate care business in the South East Region for Cardinal Health which includes Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky & half of South Carolina. 5 direct reports including 4 Sales Managers and 1 Sales Analyst. Responsible for 32 people overall. My team maintains our customer base, increases market share and sells solutions into our pharmacy's.

South Florida

Sales Manager: Retail/Alternate Care Pharmaceutical Distribution. Mentor & coach 4 direct reports (3 of which were promoted.) Utilize a consultative team selling approach within the Retail Independent Segment by ensuring that we are focusing on value added services to improve operational efficiencies and profit margins. Focus on new business as well as customer retention. Analyze each account and identify opportunities to increase profitability. Create an action plan for each account pertaining to generics and programs.
