Supporting Venture Development efforts within the J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute (Edson E+I):-Lead all strategy and execution of bi-annual Pitch Playoffs and Demo Days events (funding competitions) within the Venture Devils program. -Cross-functionally execute a wide variety of E+I programming, Venture Development team activities and manage all funding tracks associated with the Venture Devils program (non-dilutive seed funds to support venture progression). -Collaborate closely with ASU Foundation + Enterprise Partners, and college-specific development offices to source funding for our program, and execute (source and disburse to ventures) approximately $500K-$650K annually. Venture Devils supports all ASU student, faculty, staff, and community-based entrepreneurs. The program aims to catalyze the entrepreneurial success of founders by connecting them with Venture Mentors who provide regular, ongoing support. This dedicated mentorship is paired with optional E+I co-curricular offerings, which are designed to challenge, monitor, and advance the venture development process. Our team executes vertical/industry-specific programming to support ventures at all stages of development. I currently assist with programming for ventures in the go-to-market phase, those in search of sustainable funding and ventures in the Health/MedTech/BioTech space. Additionally, I work directly with ASU Faculty working on commercially viable technologies, providing venture development support and access to funding opportunities.

Coordinator for E + I @ Fulton Schools (Entrepreneurship + Innovation), and EPICS (Engineering Projects in Community Service) within Fulton Schools of Engineering. My scope of work was focused on on co-curricular and entrepreneurial programming for undergraduate and graduate level students within the student engagement office. I worked closely with Program Directors and Faculty members to achieve program objectives and goals based on strategic planning focused on student engagement, success and career readiness. I engaged and coordinated with community/industry partners, mentors and other outside collaborative groups to enhance student engagement, experience and success. Additionally, I provided oversight of program budgets and expenditures for each program (operations) and for student groups/teams seeking experiential funding/grants. I acted as the front line for current and prospective students interested in service learning and entrepreneurship opportunities. I lead event planning and execution for our unit, small/intimate to large-scale events (200+ attendees/participants).I coordinated efforts on behalf of Fulton Schools of Engineering programs and collaborations with other colleges and schools at ASU (W.P. Carey, Herberger Institute of Design and the Arts, Entrepreneurship + Innovation) and initiatives within the University, all with a focus on entrepreneurship.

Provided high-level oversight of the operations of ASU Wrestling; coordinated the competition/camps/clinics schedule and related travel. I acted as a liaison and facilitator between ASU Wresting and various departments within Sun Devil Athletics including (but not limited to) finance/accounting, NCAA + ASU compliance, facilities and events, marketing and media relations, sports performance and the Sun Devil Club (donations and fundraising). I acted as the intermediary between the Coaches and staff and all Sun Devil Athletics departments to ensure seamless communication and planning in order to create successful partnerships that were to propel ASU Wrestling to the next level.
