It was my role to oversee and manage the service users who were employed within the charity in view of gaining new skills, employable experience and helping them gain confidence on their path to recovery. I conducted monthly supervision sessions with the individuals to track their progress and ensuring that they were benefitting from the service. I using tools like the recovery star which is a mental health outcome tool to measure and summarise change in various aspects of a persons wellbeing. I had to compile all information and data ( following gdpr laws) into a report to show funders how successful the programme had been.
