A temporary role assisting with general administrative in the office as well as with various projects on an ad hoc basis.Duties included:- responding to customer emails- sending out letters- data entry & maintenance- using Microsoft Excel to monitor trends & identify common problems

My role involves managing the till team on a day-to-day basis, serving customers and dealing with returns and queries among other responsibilities. I also work as part of a small team in the cash office, which involves cash handling, monitoring sales, reporting to the department managers, as well as profit protection.

As a member of the customer-facing team, I handled orders and returns, and relayed them efficiently to my co-workers. I also work on sales and deal promotion, tidying and restocking, and making sure customers had the best experience they could have in the store.
