As an Operations Special Projects at Community Economic Defense Project (CEDP), I work with a team of dedicated and passionate professionals who are committed to advancing economic justice and empowerment for marginalized communities. I contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of various special projects that support the organization's mission and vision, such as developing and implementing new systems and processes, conducting research and analysis, and assisting in budget reconciliations.I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where I studied advertising and public relations. I have developed a strong skill set in operations process improvement, data entry, and customer experience, which I have applied in my previous roles as an Operational Specialist and a Customer Experience Specialist at CEDP and Spreetail, respectively. I have also demonstrated a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in my work. I am motivated by my values of inclusion, positivity, development, achievement, and restoration, which guide me in my daily tasks and interactions. I am always eager to learn new things, take on new challenges, and collaborate with others to create positive impact.
