Current➤ Reviewing and assisting with consumer loan packets along with managing processes through to closure to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.➤ Collaborating with third party companies and administrators to clear requirements and complete closing specifications.➤ Liaising between location officers and personnel as well as building relationships with customers to facilitate loans.➤ Identifying, evaluating, and reviewing documentation requirements and serving as key point of contact for bank clients.➤ Managing pipeline opportunities, supporting outreach activities, managing program expectations, and reviewing reports.➤ Efficiently preparing weekly reports to reflect past due, overdraft, and maturing loan lists and aiding in collection tasks.➤ Providing responsive and friendly customer service to ensure overall satisfaction and increase client retention. ➤ Influencing high prioritization of initiatives, aligning experiences across channels and touchpoints to ensure best results.
