Office Coordinator
Current- Serves as the primary Timekeeper for the Calumet Park Family Community Resource Center, responsible for keeping daily payroll record of 60-80 individuals.
- Create, manage, and maintain the confidential personnel files of all current and prior office staff.
- Sustain the supply of applications, resources, and other communications for customers in the public lobby.
- Track and submit overtime request reports to the Regional office and disseminate the approvals to management and local workers.
- Issue new and replacement LINK cards to approved cases and customers.
- Process incoming customer documents by verifying all sections of forms have been filled out and signed; date-stamping and scanning the document into IES if complete with scan confirmation page attached.
