- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations- Identifying the expectations for dining experience for guest and tourist.- Oversee expo line, making sure food comes out in a professional and timely manner.- Providing the education of food and beverage menus.- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly side-work charts on Excel.- Experimenting and learning behind the bar.

-Working the host desk ensuring positive first impression by an enjoyable introduction into the restaurant.- Answering/transfering phone calls and keg reservations-Serve customers and provide a memorable experience in the dining room.- Work the Brewery bottling line running various packaging equipment and keeping a clean work area.

- Create coffee drinks for customers.- Work in the bakery making doughs, fillings, and icings.- Packaging, properly label and rotate products in and out of inventory.
