In this position I was responsible for assisting the communications and procurement team for the Community and Economic Development Department. I assisted in drafting contracts and amendments, copywriting for social media, press releases and Congressional letters of support.

I help business owners and creatives reclaim their time, master social media, and create brand awareness.

Responsible for general office administrative duties along with creating the first impression with clients. In this role, I set up and managed multiple social media platforms, managed the company blog, and provided support to the Production Coordinator in producing Trust and Estate planning documents. My other duties included -Transferring titles/Recording deeds- Managing the Keap CRM-Creating email newsletters and marketing materials-Managing and setting appointments through Office 365

In this position, I assisted Realtors across the country in setting up and managing their Realtor.com marketing and their listings on Realtor.com. I provided information on other Realtor.com products that fit into their marketing plan while also providing training. I was also responsible for using Salesforce to update customer profiles, email marketing, and troubleshooting any issues with the website. I assisted the email team in addressing realtor and homebuyer's and sellers' concerns.
