I founded BH Picture Co LLC to help couples plan and document their intentional elopements and intimate weddings. As the sole owner and lead photographer, I manage the end-to-end customer experience from inquiry, to planning, shooting, editing, and color-correcting images, to the final digital gallery and print delivery. I manage a lead pipeline through digital channels including organic search, email, paid and organic social across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Linked In, and Reddit. I designed all brand identity elements including logo, visual look and feel, tone and voice, front-end web design, and all client guide materials. I manage a content strategy to write, edit, and produce all monthly blog content and CRM email content. I also run all day-to-day business operations including financial budget management, operation costs, photography gear procurement and upkeep.

I have developed as leader and manager through my Residence Hall position. I was promoted to senior clerk as a sophomore at Berkeley after taking the initiative to rejuvenate many of the outdated systems of organization we used at our office. I demonstrated my ability to communicate and collaborate well with my team of co workers by promoting high morale and bonding. I created new organizational systems for hiring, trained our new hires with innovative and interactive work scenarios, while resolving problems quickly and efficiently. My day to day tasks involve providing customer service to residents, managing office activities like working with vendors, conference services and maintenance staff. Every semester I facilitate the move in and move out process for over 900 student residents.

Within Alpha Omicron Pi,I was external social chairman and a member of our executive Leadership cabinet for the year of 2015. On Leadership cabinet I helped to set and achieve chapter goals by keeping morale high and encouraging chapter members to take on an active ownership attitude. In my role as External Social chairman I served as a laison between other chapters of fraternities and sororities within our Greek community. I planned over 30 events each semester to encourage members of our chapter to meet and form bonds with members from other Greek chapters. I attended roundtables for Panhellenic in order to keep up to date on current risk and safety models and to help implement new ways to stay safe while attending socials at other Greek chapters. I coordinated with GAMMA (Greeks Advocating the Mature Management of Alcohol) to pick up water and snacks for registered exchanges. I presented modules on how to stay safe and drink responsibly to my chapter
