Co-lead for program council for the company and member of customer care and marketing councils for the company. 1. Growing product awareness. Helped promote and market the software among universities, instructors and students to increase sales leads after graduation. Marketing efforts include: referral requests, web-researching, tradeshow handouts, surveying users, etc. These efforts helped grow the programs student user base from 200 to over 3000, instructors from 17 to over 66 and universities from 14 to over 32 per semester. 2. Improving the program. Co-lead the programs efforts to research, survey and discuss improvement ideas to implement. Efforts were done to help ensure user positive experience and implement best practices for customer service and improve and build customer relationships.3.
