I am a current physical therapy student, set to graduate in December 2024, and hold Herman & Wallace certification in pelvic floor therapy. For my final clinical rotation, I had the opportunity to work at a pelvic floor clinic, gaining hands-on experience in this specialized area. Additionally, I have spent nearly 10 years as a trainer, and I now coach at ISI Elite Training. In this role, I integrate my kinesiology background and the knowledge I’ve gained from physical therapy school to ensure the safety and performance optimization of my clients.
