Finley West 224 units built in 1980 leasing 1-2 bedrooms.I am maintaining Delinquency under $1000 as well as maintaining occupancy 92%+. Working with one-site, active building, rent dynamics, and real page. Handling resident issues with great customer service skills. Work alongside with the manager with upcoming project plans.

Meyer Forest 345 units built in 1993 leasing 1-3 bedrooms I came aboard to assist with a take over. The delinquency was one of my greatest accomplishments as I was able to collect 97%+. I assisted the manager with reporting, owner visits, and more. Melia Medical Center 252 units Built in 2002 - I assisted with getting the property back in order with delinquency from 80% - 95%. I assisted with preparing for management changeover. Reporting, leasing, move outs, collections, move ins, and etc.

The Highbank (midrise) - 284 units built in 2017 leasing 1-2 bedrooms.Came aboard to be part of a takeover and start up company. I was able to help implement my past experience to start building polices, goals, growth, and more. I was hand and hand with the property manager handling invoices, interviewing, reporting, owner calls, and owner tours. I was able to maintain occupancy, and leasing around 87%-92%. Delinquency percentage of around 90% collected.

Vantage at Wildewood Build in 1998 with 264 units leasing 1-3 bedrooms I was promoted to Assistant Manager and was sent to a take over where I was in charge of the full in depth interior renovations project. I was able to lead a team of vendors and maintenance on projects. I was able to put together a game plan on improving delinquency and occupancy. I was able to take the occupancy from 70% to 97%. I was than asked if I can go to another property to assist with a take over and new hire on boarding. Parc at Pooler Built in 2019 with 280 units leasing 1-3 bedrooms I was able to on board the new hires and implement company policies and procedure's. I assisted with reporting and leasing. I was than ask to go to a property that was short staff. Pecan Creek Built in 1981 with 272 units leasing 1-2 bedrooms I had previous assisted this property at the time we took over and a year later I was asked to come help manager the property I assisted with renovations, reporting, move outs, move ins, collections, delinquency, and etc.

Point Loma Woods - Built in 1982 with 361 units leasing 1-2 bedrooms. My time at Point Loma Woods I was able to maintain a closing ratio of 99-100% of occupancy and lease. Assisted with numerous takeover's/sale's and due diligences. I was able to cross train and become acting Assistant Manger the last 8 months. I assisted with the property sale that took place August 2020. I scheduled, prep and put together marketing tips, tricks, and etc. on all social platforms. I helped lead and manage the maintenance staff with work orders, move outs, move ins, and inspections. Assisted the Manager with reporting, goals, projects, and more.
