I am a productivity nerd and have been obsessed with processes and efficiency since I was a kid. I believe in working smarter whenever possible instead of just powering through without a plan. Ask anyone who knows me, I am a hardcore planner and I love mapping out systems, processes, projects, schedules, meeting agendas, and basically every hour of my day. I have found this skill is extremely useful when it comes to meeting deadlines, managing my time, minimizing risks, and helping myself and my team work as efficiently as possible.I am very empathetic which has allowed me to work well in teams and easily connect with people. I can see strengths they don't often see in themselves and have a knack for drawing out the best in others. I am also an excellent communicator and believe that poor communication is at the root of most problems in the work place. I have a heart for serving the client and ensuring that every single one has a delightful experience. When I can I like doing something a little extra that goes above and beyond, simply to help make their day.I believe in honesty, integrity, and owning up to your mistakes. You can't manage what you don't measure and you can't learn from things you don't own.Lastly I believe in stories and laughter. I love helping businesses or individuals find their voice and tell their stories. I also cope with humor and feel that most jobs and customer interactions are better when you have a sense of humor and don't take yourself too seriously.
