I’m an outgoing, purpose-driven collaborator who passionately drives communication strategies that enhance trust, engagement and impact through meaningful relationships, creative solutions and authentic storytelling. My capabilities and experience tie to strategic communications, media and community relations, reputation and issues management, brand optimization and organizational stewardship. With more than 15 years of experience in high-profile sports environments, I’ve had the great fortune of serving some of the strongest, most well-known and admired brands in the world, and am personally motivated by the power of sport to inspire, empower, unite and transform. I am honored to serve as a key member of the communications team for the largest National Olympic and Paralympic Committee in the world – a role that has spanned seven Olympic and Paralympic Games (2012-2024) and the successful U.S. bid to host the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in LA.My husband, Randy, and I love living in Arizona, with our Thing 1, Rafe, and Thing 2, Reese, who inspire an insatiable appetite for learning, creativity and growth. A passionate traveler and adventure-seeker, I love exploring the outdoors, experiencing other cultures and learning from diverse perspectives – all which challenge me to think bigger, and always with an eye toward impact. Those who know me well, know that I love being organized and prepared. But whether it’s family, career or a new goal, I’ve learned that the great power to any adventure is simply beginning. Above all, I am motivated by bringing ideas to life and making the team’s shared best, better.
