Myself and another web developer are working for a small business (Daycare Centre) to create a website.Responsibilities include: • Hosting meetings with client to discuss website's layout and content.• Collaborating with photographer and graphic designer.• Managing domain and hosting requirements for client.• Writing front code (HTML / SCSS / JavaScript).• Working with Figma to create a user visually pleasing and user-friendly design.Note: Website is not publicly hosted and is still in production.

Responsibilities included: • Answering multi-line phone system to direct staff and customers to the appropriate department.• Working with the company’s CRM.• Creation of invoices, collection of payments, and issuing refunds.• Preparing paperwork for warehouse pick-up.• Working with other administrative staff and sales team.• Assisting in any administrative duties as needed by sales or management.

Responsibilities included: Greeting, order-taking, serving, cash handling, and cleaning.

As a technician, I was responsible for preparing solutions using variety of laboratory equipment and techniques. I ensured that all applicable equipment was verified/calibrated prior to use and prepared samples in compliance with the published SOP's and test methods.
