Achieve assigned monthly goals to include: sales number goal, sales unit’s goal, sales appointments booked for each shift and lead generation. Complete fitness planners and success checklists for each prospective Member. Document the needs, goals, and timeframe for each prospective Member. Follow up on all incomplete sales for personal training and Membership sales. Follow up on all ‘no show’ appointments within required timeframe Memorize Scirpt packages and know them verbatim. Complete competition analysis as required. Complete all administration in CARE, Das book and know your numbers. Maintain a high level of communication and teamwork with all coworkers to ensure a happy functioning Club. Handle customer complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Support and participate in all community relations events when required. Support all GoodLife programs and services. Follow-up on outstanding and overdue accounts. Assist in maintaining Club cleanliness. Maintain a high level of personal fitness(working on)

> Fitness instructor promotes wellness, exercise and a balanced lifestyle. Represent GoodLife in a professional, positive, caring, and friendly manner. Respect GoodLife’s CORE values. Be available to teach a minimum of twice per week and follow the “subbing policy” when necessary. Record time and stats according to club procedure. Track all set-up, weekly preparation and new release/choreography time worked using GoodLife’s My Time platform. Support all Group Fitness marketing/promotions concepts (i.e. LMI releases and launches, anniversary etc) and programs. Arrive on time and prepared for class. Maintain effective working relationships with Management and other associates

> Meet and Motivate Members on every visit. Meet and Greet prospective Members with appointments or walk in guests. Properly handle incoming calls from Members and prospects. Includes answering phone within 3 rings and taking messages or booking appointments. Provide FitFix, Cardio and Group Fitness Orientation sessions for new and current Members. Assist Members on the floor with questions about the FitFix and Cardio machines. Sign Member workout cards and give recommendations of programs to help them achieve their Goals. Have the knowledge and ability to sell and answer questions regarding Memberships, Hot Yoga, and Team Training etc.
