Strategy & Execution: Submission Review, Accreditation Services, Compliance & Auditing Assessments, Training & Instruction● Managed the review of internal document submissions (100 and 1600 pages in length) in connection with an on-site evaluation for 1200+ institutions accredited by NACCAS. Consistently exceeded review quota (300 per year) by 40%, averaging 420 reviews per year.● Streamlined the Institutional Self-Study (ISS) review process by creating templates, SOPs, and quick reference guides for accreditation specialists to utilize during the review of an ISS. This resulted in reviews being conducted approximately 20% faster than the original process.● Lead instructor for quarterly workshops on Compliance - presented training on regulations, how to stay in compliance, and common mistakes and how to avoid them to avoid non-compliance.● Developed curriculum content and presentation strategies for workshops, webinars, pocket seminars, and internal training sessions, as well as served as lead presenter. Led 24 In-Person Workshops with an average of 250 attendees, 7 Pocket Seminars, 14 Webinars, and yearly internal training sessions.● Restructured the ISS submission process for NACCAS accredited schools by collaborating with an IT Developer to provide an electronic format for submission, which aided the organization’s mission of becoming paperless. and resulted in a reduction in the number of pieces of paper submitted via hard copy by approximately 300,000 pages a year.● Served as senior mentor and trainer to new accreditation staff, numbering 50+ individuals over my tenure and assisting with onboarding and optimizing team success.
