    Here I was the office jack of all Trades. We had monthly quality audits where they picked 5 random phone calls and gave them grades based on professionalism, accuracy, speed, talk time, customer satisfaction and over all quality. We had scores based on the amount of calls answered monthly, talk time per call, after call work time, and our quality audit scores. I never scored below a 90% and my numbers were always superb. I won a customer service excellence award every quarter. I really loved this job.

    I worked at the convenience store/gasoline station. I worked thirds so I had extra responsibilities than the regular clerks. I helped with cash close out for 2nd shift. Manage my cash drawer, password protected and must be kept locked at all times. I usually worked 12 hour shifts at least 5 days a week as a full time college student. I locked the doors at midnight. Then I had to scrub the entire store from top to bottom while listening for the bell at the window. This is where customers would tell me everything they wanted and I would go through the store and pick it up and prepare their food. All business was conducted through the window because of crime rates in the area. I would do inventory, paperwork, discount deli items, stock, manage cash, and help open the store at 6am. I would prepare all the food, take the money to the store to be counted, and deliver the donuts. My main focus was to do this job, but do it with the best customer service possible.
