• Process company sales from signature to completion. Process all sales in accounting software, assign to technician, manage phases of project in web based Project Management software and excel, prep necessary equipment for installation, coordinate payment due upon installation, invoice project.• Purchase hardware and software subscriptions required to complete new sales and to service current customers. Receive all hardware and serialized items into inventory. Analyze current inventory vs. order requirements to prevent shortage/overage.• Work with Merchant Link to renew, reinstate or make changes to our customer’s credit card processing or banking preferences.• Facilitate supply sales by acquiring new customers, entering/shipping/invoicing daily orders and purchasing stock to fulfill orders. Coordinating drop shipments from the manufacturer and negotiating cost to keep Copperstate competitive.• Daily Accounts Receivable application and deposits, manage all service agreement payments that are set up on auto pay through re-occurring ACH or credit card transactions, assist in monthly reconciliation.• Collections, tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues, generating aging reports, documenting progress and resolution in excel and web based operations software.• Ensuring vendors are extending the best pricing for their services, and in turn increasing our sales margin on our products/services.
