I received my Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from the University of North Georgia in May 2015. I graduated in May 2017 with my Masters of Science in Health and Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science while working as an outreach Athletic Trainer at Hardaway High School in Columbus, Georgia through the Hughston Foundation. I began my teaching career in 2017 at Long Cane Middle School in LaGrange, GA teaching 7th and 8th grade science while acting as the athletic trainer for the middle school's football team. In January 2019, I received my Georgia teaching certification through the GaTAPP program. Currently, I teach Intro to Healthcare Science, Essentials of Healthcare, and Sports Medicine in the Healthcare Science pathway at THINC College and Career Academy. I am also working towards my Ph.D. in Health Sciences through Liberty University and expect to graduate following the dissertation process in 2024. I also manage a successful online storefront where I create educational content for secondary healthcare science educators.
