The Clinical Operations Director is responsible for managing and leading a group of Directors, each responsible for a team of up to ten ABA Clinical Supervisors. The Clinical Operations Director assures the highest standards of care through the following responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:1. Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Clinical Directors (BCBAs) each leading a team of up to ten Clinical Supervisors2. Program Development: Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement ABA programs that are individualized, evidence-based, and align with best practices.3.
