I managed a team of amazing on-site leasing professionals. This was a short-term, six month position with Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan's Purse.I customized and wrote press releases, pulled media lists, pitched to media outlets, updated regional social media web pages, interviewed volunteers for feature articles, maintained communication and relationships with volunteers, planned and worked events, supported national radio tour, tracked and recorded media hits, utilized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems to organize contact information and maintain communication with volunteers, guided area team volunteers in their interactions with local news and social media.
