Early on in college, I discovered the Disney College Program. I secured an internship in Food and Beverage at the Walt Disney World Resort during the second semester of my freshman year. It was clear early on that I had found a place where my natural talent for customer service was able to shine. In the 11 years since my first college program, I served many roles at the Most Magical Place on Earth. I interacted with guests from all over the world. And I learned why Disney is the leader in entertainment and storytelling: they never stop growing.Perhaps that’s why I have such a passion for learning, inspired by the attitude to keep moving forward and try new things. It’s one of my three main passions: cocktail education, learning, and the oxford comma. Cocktail education is another passion that began at Disney. I started bartending at a piano bar at Disney’s Boardwalk and quickly became a local expert in the liquor world. I helped open a high-volume craft cocktail bar at Disney Springs, where some of my recipes are still published on the menu. I went on to teach liquor education courses, including virtual cocktail history courses and safe serving practices.I am new to the corporate world. Because IT can be confusing for some, I am in a great position to help translate between you and the technicians.
