My passion for helping juveniles drives me to make a lasting impact, as I firmly believe in the potential for transformation and growth.With extensive experience overseeing truancy across 76 schools, I have honed strong leadership skills that enable me to effectively guide and inspire youth. I take pride in leading by example, fostering a supportive environment, and encouraging personal development. Recently, I led a complete overhaul of our county's truancy program to better serve our youth and families, reflecting my commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
