My name is Brittany Winters. I am pursuing a Business Management Degree through Liberty University Online. I am currently working as the office manager at Winters Plumbing. My role includes many administrative tasks, including scheduling, dispatching, book keeping, and HR related tasks. Before coming to Winters Plumbing, I worked for Chick-fil-A of Greenwood since 2010. I quickly grew into an elevated leadership position. I started off as a team member, then a shift leader, to an assistant manager, hiring manager, and finally the Human Resource director over both Greenwood Chick-fil-A locations. I have learned many skills through my experience with Chick-fil-A. I have learned team building, management, servant leadership, interviewing, hiring, referencing, recruiting, and basic business principles.
