Serves as a liaison, ambassador, resource, and educator to collegiate chapters and Alpha Omicron Pi members. Visits collegiate chapters throughout the United States and Canada working with those colonies and chapters to enhance programming and reporting; providing training and assistance in recruitment and overall chapter leadership/management, and provides enthusiasm and encouragement to collegiate members, officers, and chapters as a whole. Supervises activities of assigned collegiate chapters; partners with Network teams and HQ staff to implement and execute chapter development efforts; directs, teaches, advises, and consults with chapter members in the areas of recruitment, chapter operations, retention, and alumnae development. Evaluates, develops, implements, and monitors overall plans for collegiate chapters to achieve standards to be considered competitive chapters on respective campuses.
