- Act as a partner, consultant, and adviser to leadership by developing and executing strategies to recruit top talent.- Drive the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.- Build and maintain relationships with candidates while representing Wayfair's brand.

-In charge of adhering to the perfect fit delivery cycle (full cycle recruiting) including job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and on-boarding.-Responsible for managing relationships and business needs with three clients in the Charlotte region. o This included qualifying all requisitions with HR/technical managers, business development, and handling contractors onsite. o Partnering with managers to understand needs and advise on skill set needs and wage rates. -Managing three internal recruiters and responsible for ensuring they hit specific performance metrics.-Partnering with Account Managers on every requirement qualification to ensure my team is working on the best opportunities. -Developing recruiting strategies to identify quality candidates for myself and my team.-Evaluating candidates’ strengths against customer requirement.-Identify, select, and recommend the best candidate for the client’s requirements though sell-in-calls or emails.-Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with candidate.-Manage and supervise current contract, contract to hire, and direct placement employees.-Heavily involved with internal hires as well as mentoring new recruiters through our mentee-mentor program.-Participated on the Diversity and Inclusion Board that conducts initiatives within the local community, internal events, and withholding the office to performance standards.-Specialized in placing Engineers the following skillsets: Mechanical Design, Quality, Process, Manufacturing, Industrial, Buyer, Planner, Supply Chain Analyst. Also responsible for cross recruiting in other sectors.
