About Brittany Watson

I love a good challenge - something with a lot of moving parts that makes you consider multiple solutions. I've had amazing opportunities afforded to me that have allowed me to build, grow, and operate HR departments, each with different benefits, procedures, policies, management styles, and employment levels. One of my strongest attributes has come in handy during all of this - organization. I've always been thankful for being able to easily sort and manage what others might allow to clutter their desks or minds. I don't think anyone enjoys a problem that cannot be solved, but I do feel that too many people move towards checking the box as complete rather than evaluating if it has been done efficiently or correctly. There is a special thrill I get when I'm able to solve a problem that helps a company or department succeed and grow. In our age of innovation, it takes a new perspective or outlook to lift off that plateau, and you can't always trust the same approach as last year or the year before.
