I lead the United Way of Haldimand and Norfolk as we worked to create lasting change to the lives of our community members. This was done through engaging with individuals and organizations to inspire them to give, volunteer, and act. We partnered directly with local non-profit organizations to identify gaps in our community and worked together to address these needs.

As an Account Executive for myFM, my job was to develop interpersonal relationships with clients, increase the sales of existing clients and prospect and add new clients. I created strong relationships with my clients by creating innovative marketing campaigns to ensure that they reached their objectives. Campaigns cover advertising on radio, web and social media.

In this role, I did extensive work in the PROS (Police Reporting and Occurrence System) database. I transcribed police reports from the officers, where I would then update their files as per their directions. This would include the creation of new entities in the database, adding/updating Criminal Charges, and ensuring all data was entered accurately. I also provided training to new staff members.

I worked with a fellow student and supervising professor to conduct a feasibility analysis for a local business. This involved primary and secondary research, data analysis, the creation of a formal report and PowerPoint to provide to the client.
