I possess many qualities, characteristics, and skills that qualify me for a career within the hospitality and client service field. Perhaps, the most relevant is my passion for hospitality and providing the best service possible to those that I interact with on a daily basis. Making sure that my clients are the utmost satisfied is my number one goal, and I try my absolute best to fulfill that goal every single day. It is important for me to create experiences for my clients and make them want to continue to come back in the future. I strive to engage them as much as possible. Qualities that I have gained throughout my life include how to manage time effectively, how to be resourceful and flexible, and, most importantly, how to communicate with different varieties of people. All of these qualities will help me be successful in my future career in the hospitality/event and client service field. I have grown to know that I am born to organize, have a heart for planning and coordinating, and am adaptable and can think on my feet when the situation calls for it.I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Communication, with a concentration in management from Eastern Michigan University in 2015.
