I am a Senior Recruitment Consultant with DMC Recruitment (Design, Materials, Construction) and I focus exclusively on searches within the Architecture + Design industries across North America. I came to recruitment with a background in Real Estate Development within Western Canada. Having worked closely with Architects, Designers, Developers, and Contractors over the past 10 years, I have a thorough understanding of the industry and have the ability to identify top talent in the market when I see it, I have an extensive sales background and have been involved in the process of development from initial planning through to project completion which provides me with an even more in depth and technical knowledge of what the industry needs regarding talent and people. Outside of work I have travelled extensively and visited over 40 countries across 5 continents and have lived in Germany, Costa Rica, and Canada. The need for strong design concepts, sustainable developments and community planning initiatives has never been higher across North America and therefore, the demand for specialized talent is at an all time high.
