From 2013 to 2016, she led the company's operations including the coworking campuses, incubator program and Challenge Cup (events in 75 cities globally). In October 2017, 1776 merged with Philadelphia-based Benjamin's Desk and spun out Union, a software platform to connect the world's startup and innovation community. Brittany also worked on business community initiatives at the White House, led event strategy for Startup DC, and held positions at Latham & Watkins, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and Mark IV Capital. Brittany holds a Juris Doctor / Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's of Arts & Accountancy from the University of San Diego.Brittany moved to Maui, Hawaii from Washington, DC in 2016 with her Maui-born husband, together with the intention to raise their kids among extended family, friends and a great community.
