LEAD CREATIVE - Develop and execute creative strategies for marketing campaigns while leading and inspiring creative teams across Men’s, Womens, and Kids , providing direction and feedback.- Collaborate with collaborative clients and internal brand managers to understand project goals.- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design techniques while presenting and pitching creative concepts to clients or executives.- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets effectively.- Evaluate and select external vendors or freelancers when needed.- Managing brand copy across web and social platforms ART DIRECTOR - Conceptualize and develop visual elements of creative projects while translating ideas into compelling visual designs.- Direct the artistic and design aspects of advertising campaigns or projects.- Provide guidance to graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative team members while reviewing and approving visual assets to meet quality and brand identity.- Stay current on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.- Manage multiple projects, balancing creativity with practical constraints.- Present design concepts to clients and effectively communicate creative choices.- Ensure consistency in visual style and brand identity across various platforms.

- Develop and execute creative strategies with executives to enhance brand presence.- Identify content opportunities whether the account needs a photo shoot, video content, design /animation. Build mood boards / decks to support the content ideas.- Direct / Produce on photo shoots as opportunities arise while engaging on-brand content, including copy, images, and videos.- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and writers to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.- Provide direction to photographers, editors and graphic designers, working between client requests and designers as real time requests come through.
