Responsible for assisting with routine office tasks that include environmental document review,data entry, permit/project compliance, file organization, communication with the public, and web page updates.Maintain, upload documents to, and perform quality control and assurance checks in existingdatabases. Assist with interagency data collection efforts, coordinating with Regional staff on dataneeds and updating data into existing federal tracking systems. Assist in the preparation of productscontaining technical information as required.Perform routine office tasks that include data entry, file organization, electronic file/documentorganization, document scanning, data uploading into the Document Library, and preparing variousrecommendations and reports, preparing correspondence, and other duties as assigned.Draft emails to fulfill internal and external information requests, attend meetings and conferencecalls, take meeting notes, and summarize and report outcomes.Perform quality control and assurance in a database to ensure program compliance, tracking,incoming annual biological and species/habitat/permit crediting ledgers, and species/habitatmonitoring reports. Research topics related to landscape conservation planning and draft andmaintain content for program web pages.Research and respond to requests for information from the public, from within the Department, andfrom other organizations.

• Conduct trapping for non-venomous, invasive water snakes at sites of interest within the Sacramento Valley.• Conduct New Zealand mudsnail (NZMS) presence/absence surveys at waterbody locations throughout California. • Collect and enter data on invasive water snake trapping and NZMS survey results.• Completed GIS hotspot analysis map project on snake trapping occurrences and species population data.

Monitor Aerial and Climbing facilities.

Duties include waste management of trash facilities and public facilities. Completing landscaping tasks and other maintenance projects.

Focus on GIS projects for ongoing Sierra Stream surveys and studies. Organizing GIS data files and utilizing data for summaries. Gathering field data in field surveys.

Maintenance in fixing furniture, lights, and other college dorm needs.

Guide volunteers to their job locations, explain their duties, and organize volunteer needs.
