CurrentResponsible for assisting with routine office tasks that include environmental document review,data entry, permit/project compliance, file organization, communication with the public, and web page updates.Maintain, upload documents to, and perform quality control and assurance checks in existingdatabases. Assist with interagency data collection efforts, coordinating with Regional staff on dataneeds and updating data into existing federal tracking systems. Assist in the preparation of productscontaining technical information as required.Perform routine office tasks that include data entry, file organization, electronic file/documentorganization, document scanning, data uploading into the Document Library, and preparing variousrecommendations and reports, preparing correspondence, and other duties as assigned.Draft emails to fulfill internal and external information requests, attend meetings and conferencecalls, take meeting notes, and summarize and report outcomes.Perform quality control and assurance in a database to ensure program compliance, tracking,incoming annual biological and species/habitat/permit crediting ledgers, and species/habitatmonitoring reports. Research topics related to landscape conservation planning and draft andmaintain content for program web pages.Research and respond to requests for information from the public, from within the Department, andfrom other organizations.
