With 1,523 apartments, the largest indoor rock climbing wall in a US apartment community, a semi-private lake, 7 clubhouses and an on-site restaurant exclusive to residents and their guests, TAVA Waters has often been called the "Disney World of Apartment Communities." Formerly known as The Breakers, we are elevating this once-iconic property into something legendary.

+Lease up of 310-unit luxury property for key client in highly-anticipated River North development. +Responsible for managing marketing, social media and resident retention/event planning efforts, preparing competitive market surveys, demographics tracking, and advertising/marketing cost analysis. +Established leasing program and trained leasing team. +Consulted in development of floor plans and various design elements throughout construction. +Individually pre-leased 50 units from temporary sales office, advancing to over a third of the property currently leased just 4 months from opening.
