An air desk associate is an internal customer service position. Building new reservations and working schedule changes for passengers that book tours with Globus. Ticketing, exchanging and refunding reservations Sabre.

In this position I would match separated luggage to passengers in Frontier’s version of Sabre. Providing customer service assistance via phone calls from frontier agents and occasionally to passengers with misplaced luggage.

I worked in the Denver office until it closed. I communicated information to passengers about schedules, prices, travel documents and flight information. As an elite agent I assisted in resolving customer conflicts.

I worked in the Englewood office until it relocated out of state. Reviewed payable invoices, recorded, matched and post audited to insure accuracy. Communicate with Buyers to resolve payment issues.
