Coordinated Healthcare Interventions for Childhood Asthma Gaps in Outcomes (C.H.I.C.A.G.O.) Plan is a clinical study that seeks to learn the best educational technique to educate parents and patients age 5-11 that come through the emergency department about their child's asthma in hopes of it reducing the re-occurrence of emergency room visits. Duties:•Following the proper protocol approved by IRB, approached, consented, and enrolled patients in the clinical trial. •Utilized databases including Cerner's FirstNet and PowerChart to access patients emergency medical records (EMR) and RedCap.•Constantly developed new ways to improve the clinical study experience for both the coordinators and the patients.
